#DoLessGetMore




Make or Break:Each one of us as individuals do have the very loving inclination of Getting More but in turn most of us don't even wish to do what we are actually paid for,  irony is that in 99.99% of the cases its us who move forward and seek opportunities / assignments keenly.

This particular attitude & nature of "Doing less " which is higher in current generation and pretty hard to change if got entangled with in the initial stage, is the basic instinct what make or break individuals in their career as this partiular habit never pays.

This conditional thought process if developed at initial stage of career gets converted into a very  peculiar attitude which not only harm such individual but people around too.This nature is probably sure shot way to frustration which most of us suffers the most.


Extra Miles:

If we take a pause and look back to analyse all the champions none of them found in this category on the contrary they are habitual to go extra miles and giving little more of what they are actually paid / looking for.

This very habit of doing little extra has many great advantages which most of us don't realize at that particular time but with vintage it pays and brings us what is of more value and everyone loves to get.

We all look forward to gain Respect , Love , Money & finally better role elevations & TAGs . I found all of them very relative to our attitude & mindset.

Individuals with this flavor of Extra Miles -(Doing little more than what your are responsible for) have the special privilege to all the wish list which we all dream to get at each stage of our career.

Would like you to have a look at the biography of all the top position holders irrespective of the field they worked much harder and did sweat more for sure.

What is Important:

Maybe we don't sometimes get what we want but I am sure that with this nature of going "Extra-Miles" learning is always huge and Peace of Mind is guaranteed which is more rewarding.
