Hi,

Generally we tend to manage things which are precious to us like wealth, health etc but unfortunately no one bothers to take the stock of life which is priceless and more importantly base of everything. 

Wealth is a medium to buy accessories for life not the life. Health is an important tool to experience this beautiful life. Since we are a mortal creature should we really not keep an account of this utmost precious thing too?

Few hours from now, and we will be entering into a new year, 2018. Just in a blink of eye we went through one more year. Sometimes we are at the top, happy,elated & successful and sometime at the bottom, sad,hopeless & experiencing failures .

In a nutshell every year that goes past bestow us with experiences leaving behind much deeper impact of life.

Since another year is about to pass away , this is probably the best time to pause from routine, look back & take a stock of what all is important & does matter the most.

Ø How better human being have we become this year?

Ø Has the quality of life improved?

Ø Have we become more joyful this year ?

 Ø Did we create something profound within ?

Ø Did we create something which is beyond & above ourselves?

Majority of young individuals generally plan to do some funniest as well as silliest thing unknowingly on this day as they want to be happy at this moment considering that this happiness would last accordingly. But this is very temporary in nature and goes away very quickly.

Can we really change this party idea and think of creating something which is much bigger, profound and beyond our limits leading to real sense of achievement & finally long lasting happiness not only for self but to everyone around us.

This would be an idea of being drunk all the time that too without drinking.This is high time we bring this change to general idea of partying. 

Are we not doing everything for happiness? Are we naturally not inclined to joyfulness? 

Like darkness can be vanished by lightening the lamp and not by kicking it out ,we need to bring better awareness & consciousness so that we understand what all is needed and to be done. 

With this awareness our actions would be based upon needs and not upon our likes & dislikes hence we need to know the inner world better for lasting happiness.

Courage to go beyond:

All creatures ,other than human beings, have a very simple and normal process of birth & death but we as human beings have capabilities to go beyond our limits & transform ourselves , things & world around us in between this natural L&D process.

We must strive & work upon our inner strength so that we build better capabilities to live well, irrespective of outside conditions & situations.If we become so ecstatic and clear within us , how can anyone or this world stop us from creating something very beautiful & profound?

We get this life without any investment and go with no capital in our hand hence we must learn to experience this life in between as this life cannot be framed or saved for future ,this only can be experienced & expanded ,we must understand that we have nothing to lose here anyway.

Shedding the old skin:
In order to experience all the different dimensions of life we need to come out of our comfort zone and must take calculated risk in life so that we don’t regret on last day on the death bed.

We need to develop fresh directions ,of looking at this life , which is not based upon our own developed logic so as to come out of this slaved life due to our own mind created boundaries.

          young fools are acceptable but old fools are not excused.

Competitive VS competent:

We must be thankful to the world for being so competitive and putting us into difficult situations . Competitiveness is not a problem at all as this give us great chance to expand & enhance ,challenge is not being competent enough.

If we work upon building our capabilities and competence there is no question of stress as competent individuals would always go beyond and be winners at ease.

Clarity not certainty:

It’s good that things are changing rapidly and there are uncertainty which is full of possibilities. If you wish for certainty that means you are looking for a situation which is stagnant.

Something which gets stagnant becomes very boring ,as a human being we always wish to come out of everything we are in or look for more & something new always.

                             What is new becomes old after 24 hours

No Resolution this time:

We need Resolution only when we are not naturally inclined to do something. Resolution without natural inclination becomes compulsion as a result this doesn’t last in most of the cases because this is by force & not by choice.

We as a human being suffer freedom the most ,otherwise prison wherein everything is so organized and just right ,everything happens at its due time could have been the most sought ,enjoyable & favourite place for everyone.

Without making any resolution this time let’s come afresh by becoming more aware & conscious of this life & inner world and have the courage to transform ourselves & the world around to be naturally joyful.

At the end only two things matters,How joy-full you are from within and 

How much joy you give to others?

Let’s shed away the burden of 2017 in terms of memories and move in 2018 completely with afresh directions ,more aliveness,alertness and awareness to experience the new dimensions of most amazing & beautiful life ahead to make it purposeful & more meaningful.

Be Courageous!

Would like to reiterate and repeat my previously quoted statement that aircraft is meant to fly .If these are grounded & not used purposely would become more risky than these are in the sky.
The same way human beings are also full of indefinite possibilities if we do not use this body,mind & its energies this would be full of junk and would not carry its deserving worth.

No other life on this planet is equipped & enabled with such a beautiful analytical mind and energies to transform not only self but others too .
Would you agree to the fact that if this one "MOST PRECIOUS "also doesn't gets utilized purposely and doesn't not function at its peak,would not this be a injustice to its creator or wouldn't you be betraying yourself being owner of something very unique,how can this be wasted ?

Would like to you imagine a team wherein all its members performing at its highest possible way , how beautiful the platform would be

What it takes:

Use it or lose it:
Life can not be saved better we use this purposely anyway it has its on timelines.
Most of us generally wonder whenever we come across a personality with too many responsibilities , activities and achievements .

Majority of us gets trigger for deep understanding of life when something go deadly wrong in our lives or someone put gun on our head.

Absolutely not, we need not wait happen something terrible to get involved & understand our responsibility to make good use of our time and make things bigger & beautiful.

Either we can only wonder or wish to happen OR make things happen!

Gossiping:

Gossiping is generally what suits naturally and helps bring virtual sense of self greatness in comparison to every other who all are blamed during such time-killing sessions. This practice is the biggest distraction like social sites and leads to addictions as this is effortless & is focused on everyone except you . 
More importantly we as a human being we always need someone to blame for any damn thing happening or not happening as a blamer we own no responsibilities except tagging everyone else.

One has to come out of this blame game & tagging attitude and own his/her own responsibilities above self.

Think Less-Act More

Self Management:

Generally as individuals or managers we try to manage others without managing ourselves.One need to keep upgrading & enhancing self capabilities to manage better .Its better to drive our day rather day starts driving us.

Be in-charge of your life before it takes charge of you.

Consciousness:

Specially when 1/3 rd of our life is wasted in sleeping , do we really have anytime to kill unproductively or spend this on petty things which don't matter at all.

If we become aware of our mortality this would help us change our attitude towards life and we shall definitely do what is needed & constructive without wasting our time which is life.

We must consciously work upon as how this sleep quota can go down without taking any toll on our health and we can be exposed to more lifetime.

Do only what is needed

Joy-fullness:

There is no other option but to be joyful at the first point to be productive .Being joyful is the minimum basic requirement not the ultimate to achieve something BIG.

Joyfulness makes you more flexible & receptive ,with joyfulness you do miracles as you are in absolute love situation hence whatsoever you try to do is fun not compulsion.

You need to be flexible to achieve more

Confusion to clarity:

Whatever we do inside ( thought process ) doesn't require any action .Actions are required to perform externally.If we have full clarity and good control internally we shall be completely focused on external actions which are bound to be huge in size.

Clarity helps bring absolute speed to the whole process which makes it BIG

What if I die Attitude:

I could notice there broader types of human beings around .

• Not able to manage & transform even self-Unhappy and keep torturing themselves.
• Manage to self world only-Self-centered,Very busy in his/her own very limited survivals .
• Manage not only self but everything around & entire world-Very joyful & responsible -Inspiring & Passionate to transform everything around.

You are free to choose and to be one but before finalizing,would like you to ask yourself two questions mentioned below.

1-What shall I be remembered for after my last day?            2- What will I regret for on my last day? 

Possibilities Limitless:
As per statistics available on net its approx 65 thousand thoughts which comes to our mind in 24 hours everyday hence our mind keep changing its shapes accordingly.Despite all this dark side of endless distractions if one is able to fix his/her life's direction which remains unchanged -the possibilities to learn,earn and transform everything around us is absolutely limitless. 
Limits which has boundaries are creations of our own minds , not of creation's which is infinite in its nature.

Lets settle for nothing less as greatness is no one's monopoly

#U AND ME

 In order to shape a "Sales Team" up and make this work we need  two basic ingredients i.e. U and Me -who are team members & their leaders.These two ingredients is the real thing and rest everything is just ideas which might work or not.
If we really wish and intend to make a high performing team ,we seriously need to focus & heavily invest in the quality of its leaders and its team members because this is what makes a business as well as sense in business.
In absence of good quality leaders & people , whatever we try is going to be under delivered & sub standard whether it's sales,productions,services , processes and implementation & execution no matter how better & BIG the ideas are.

I firmly believe that without investment in people we might run business but can never sustain.

Good is Enough:
Each & every individual is a basic ingredient of a ''team'' but their (individual's) very basic ingredient is "Being Good". Being-good itself  is more than sufficient.
A good human being will always be good at everything he/she is engaged in.This very basic trait of  humans is above all virtues and talents .
A good human being is always loyal & honest to the self.People with such traits will always be better than the best as this makes them most accountable and responsible towards life which become an edge for such people and push them towards the top.

Recruitment Can Make it or Break It:
Most of the problems start when a wrong member enters the team .Its is the very beginning of the end of a team.
Its individuals who all come together and form a team at the same time they are the ones who happens to be breakers too.
Someone not good enough -will never be comfortable with good enough. Hence recruitment is the most sensitive part of team making and ought to be given its due attention & intelligence .

More is less:
Right Training is generally considered as an expense not an investment .Most of the time we feel that training sessions are hindrance to the important work and sheer wastage of time.
Believe me we are known by only what we know.We are what we are exposed to .One cant talk anything more than he/she knows.We are shaped up by our discussions and thoughts, hence the more we are exposed to , the better we are.
I personally feel that every day must be learning day that is why I feel "The More of this is Less".

Hard Work Beats The Talent:
A talent who stops working hard will definitely take back seat as hard work will make you talented as the time progresses.
This is probably the only reason for champion's "hard work & struggle" story linked to every talent at the top.

Reputation Above All:
Everyone must realize that teams also carry a reputation like an individuals by which all individuals are known. Every member needs to be extra careful and ought to ensure that team's image is never spoiled rather its strengthen with time & their actions ,activities. This needs a great & deep level of passion and ownership to build a business which is above all, as without business team can never gain its reputation. 

Extra Miles:
We always wonder that why only very few of  us get what we want. Most of seekers get stop when they are tired or very close to but high-performance is always an outcome of extra mile taken after that tiredness or closeness.Edge comes from the last moment stretch.

Winners never stop when they are tired but they stop when they are done. 

We Not Me:

• Its a team, not an individual, who can deliver and make things BIG.

• Individual has his/her limitations but a team is limitless.

• Individuals fail but a team never do.

• Individuals fall short of ideas but a team is full of solutions for all its problems.

• Individuals quit but a team never give up.

Diwali-A festival of Changing & Turning lives:

Diwali is a festival of lights, on this day we see every corner , room, building, colony, village & town is lit up with lot of lamps & lights in so many creative & decorative ways. We must realize that this celebration is not aimed or restricted to lightning the lamp outside but is actually intended to happen a light inside of every human being which is forever not temporary.

This inner light means a clarity of thoughts we carry and subsequent actions we perform, as without clarity our actions create many reactions ,few of them are immediate and few of them would be in times to come. Few would impacting us and few would impact our generations to come.

Without necessary clarity whatever we try to do will not be as per our expectations would most probably result into a frustrating & regretting situation which no one wish for. This introspect, consciousness, awareness & inner enlightenment on this auspicious day would help us lead, perform responsibly & conduct our lives more sensibly.

Please pause for a second and think about any your past celebration we had, whenever we approach something in celebration mode this becomes better, joyful & beautiful. This is only because in such situations basic requirement i.e. being joyful gets fulfilled initially which lead to better involvement from everyone & all dimensions and we become one as a team rather individuals.

Let’s bring this “aspect of celebration “ main idea of Diwali into our life on this big day by cracking the fire , light inside forever and conduct our life more responsibly & sensibly without being so serious but highly involved in.

Let’s inculcate a habit of CELEBRATIONS & let everyday be a CELEBRATION this is what life meant to be!!!

As talked about in my introductory message that SALES is a profession of GUARANTEE indiscriminately to everyone but unfortunately it turns into a biggest nightmare for majority of beginners.
I deeply understand that such beginners choose or come to SALES only because they couldn't see light / hope anywhere else and if this also seems not to be working you understand this state of mind of such beginners who had no hopes.
This might not only lead to very depressive life but also to an end of a super sales person even before starting.
Let me start with the first & foremost root cause to this biggest bane for all those who are dreaming of a profound career in most amazing profession of SALES.

 #FEAR
Fear is the biggest enemy of a Sales Professional.It is what holds one back from being successful or perform on one's peak of ability.
Beginners need to understand that Sales is the only hope left else you would have not chosen or come to this .
Moreover most of individuals from this crowd have no other choice as well, hence such individuals need to put their head & soul into this being the only choice.
Whether its fear of failure,fear of not knowing,fear of talking to strangers and fear of inferiority, beginners need to get out of this dark space and take courageous first step towards success.

#Not That Hard As It Seems
Most of our fears are  imaginations of our own mind and not really that hard as it seemed before starting or in our dark side of imagination .
When we actually get into our actions without thinking too much about fears you would notice that all the perceptions start disappearing automatically .
This is how finally you start gaining confidence day- by- day with time as proverb says "Solution lies in the problem itself."Hence always Act more-Think less in the beginning.

#Facing Them-The Only Solution:
Every individual has two choices at every point of difficult times,Love it / Face it or Leave it / Quit.
Facing it or loving it will make you more courageous ,confident and stronger to handle bigger things in life which is  required at this point of time.
Leaving it or quit- it will make you habitual , teach you to run away from all the initial & very temporary problems and difficulties which is definite & very sure way to failure which no one intend to learn.

#Do What Scares You Until It Doesn't:
This reminds me of 'learning days of bicycling'. If you look at first  it appeared to be the most impossible task at two wheels but as you take this challenge up and practice hard no matter how hard the Sun or Rain ,after practice it becomes so smooth that we can even even ride it with free hands.

#Grass Is Always Greener At the Other Side:
We always look for something better rather than focusing and making 'the assignment in hand' bigger & better.
Whatever we handle its up to us to make it successful and work efficiently.We can never make things work without undivided focus,  divided focus will never lead to the target we are aiming to.

#Be Fearless:
Please understand that you are on the path of being extra ordinary and if you don't get your answers now you will be facing lot of speed breakers & feel left behind.Success is not what you get with time but what you get before  time.

#Never Underestimate:
Most of the time we compare ourselves and get into this trap of fear .Please understand that everyone has its own fears and its hard practice and passionate efforts which make them great.The only question is- if others can ,why not you?
Once you are clear of your weaknesses and start working  towards them to overcome ,you tend to be fearless-which is the Guaranteed path to success in Sales.

#Airplanes Are Made To Fly:
Each one of us have endless abilities & potential. If we use them with no fear &  with pointed focus each one of us would be performing might not be better than others but not anything less than of our own capabilities or highest possible level which all human beings are designed for. Lets ',In everything , give nothing less than the best.

I truly believe that Sales is an amazing and very powerful profession which can enable everyone to live a blissful life specially the people who see no light in their career as nothing else seems to be working as per their wish.

This profession not only make people independent in terms of earning but also help fetch immense power,respect,pride & great level of confidence into ones life as this improves overall personality and thought process.

This is very simple however at the same time this turns to be the toughest & nightmare for most of the people .

I strongly feel that this profession doesn't have any chance of failure for anyone if one gets guided in early days.
