As talked about in my introductory message that SALES is a profession of GUARANTEE indiscriminately to everyone but unfortunately it turns into a biggest nightmare for majority of beginners.
I deeply understand that such beginners choose or come to SALES only because they couldn't see light / hope anywhere else and if this also seems not to be working you understand this state of mind of such beginners who had no hopes.
This might not only lead to very depressive life but also to an end of a super sales person even before starting.
Let me start with the first & foremost root cause to this biggest bane for all those who are dreaming of a profound career in most amazing profession of SALES.
#FEAR
Fear is the biggest enemy of a Sales Professional.It is what holds one back from being successful or perform on one's peak of ability.
Beginners need to understand that Sales is the only hope left else you would have not chosen or come to this .
Moreover most of individuals from this crowd have no other choice as well, hence such individuals need to put their head & soul into this being the only choice.
Whether its fear of failure,fear of not knowing,fear of talking to strangers and fear of inferiority, beginners need to get out of this dark space and take courageous first step towards success.
#Not That Hard As It Seems
Most of our fears are imaginations of our own mind and not really that hard as it seemed before starting or in our dark side of imagination .
When we actually get into our actions without thinking too much about fears you would notice that all the perceptions start disappearing automatically .
This is how finally you start gaining confidence day- by- day with time as proverb says "Solution lies in the problem itself."Hence always Act more-Think less in the beginning.
#Facing Them-The Only Solution:
Every individual has two choices at every point of difficult times,Love it / Face it or Leave it / Quit.
Facing it or loving it will make you more courageous ,confident and stronger to handle bigger things in life which is required at this point of time.
Leaving it or quit- it will make you habitual , teach you to run away from all the initial & very temporary problems and difficulties which is definite & very sure way to failure which no one intend to learn.
#Do What Scares You Until It Doesn't:
This reminds me of 'learning days of bicycling'. If you look at first it appeared to be the most impossible task at two wheels but as you take this challenge up and practice hard no matter how hard the Sun or Rain ,after practice it becomes so smooth that we can even even ride it with free hands.
#Grass Is Always Greener At the Other Side:
We always look for something better rather than focusing and making 'the assignment in hand' bigger & better.
Whatever we handle its up to us to make it successful and work efficiently.We can never make things work without undivided focus, divided focus will never lead to the target we are aiming to.
Please understand that you are on the path of being extra ordinary and if you don't get your answers now you will be facing lot of speed breakers & feel left behind.Success is not what you get with time but what you get before time.
#Never Underestimate:
Most of the time we compare ourselves and get into this trap of fear .Please understand that everyone has its own fears and its hard practice and passionate efforts which make them great.The only question is- if others can ,why not you?
Once you are clear of your weaknesses and start working towards them to overcome ,you tend to be fearless-which is the Guaranteed path to success in Sales.
#Airplanes Are Made To Fly:
Each one of us have endless abilities & potential. If we use them with no fear & with pointed focus each one of us would be performing might not be better than others but not anything less than of our own capabilities or highest possible level which all human beings are designed for. Lets ',In everything , give nothing less than the best.
