#U AND ME




 In order to shape a "Sales Team" up and make this work we need  two basic ingredients i.e. U and Me -who are team members & their leaders.These two ingredients is the real thing and rest everything is just ideas which might work or not.
If we really wish and intend to make a high performing team ,we seriously need to focus & heavily invest in the quality of its leaders and its team members because this is what makes a business as well as sense in business.
In absence of good quality leaders & people , whatever we try is going to be under delivered & sub standard whether it's sales,productions,services , processes and implementation & execution no matter how better & BIG the ideas are.

I firmly believe that without investment in people we might run business but can never sustain.

Good is Enough:
Each & every individual is a basic ingredient of a ''team'' but their (individual's) very basic ingredient is "Being Good". Being-good itself  is more than sufficient.
A good human being will always be good at everything he/she is engaged in.This very basic trait of  humans is above all virtues and talents .
A good human being is always loyal & honest to the self.People with such traits will always be better than the best as this makes them most accountable and responsible towards life which become an edge for such people and push them towards the top.

Recruitment Can Make it or Break It:
Most of the problems start when a wrong member enters the team .Its is the very beginning of the end of a team.
Its individuals who all come together and form a team at the same time they are the ones who happens to be breakers too.
Someone not good enough -will never be comfortable with good enough. Hence recruitment is the most sensitive part of team making and ought to be given its due attention & intelligence .

More is less:
Right Training is generally considered as an expense not an investment .Most of the time we feel that training sessions are hindrance to the important work and sheer wastage of time.
Believe me we are known by only what we know.We are what we are exposed to .One cant talk anything more than he/she knows.We are shaped up by our discussions and thoughts, hence the more we are exposed to , the better we are.
I personally feel that every day must be learning day that is why I feel "The More of this is Less".

Hard Work Beats The Talent:
A talent who stops working hard will definitely take back seat as hard work will make you talented as the time progresses.
This is probably the only reason for champion's "hard work & struggle" story linked to every talent at the top.

Reputation Above All:
Everyone must realize that teams also carry a reputation like an individuals by which all individuals are known. Every member needs to be extra careful and ought to ensure that team's image is never spoiled rather its strengthen with time & their actions ,activities. This needs a great & deep level of passion and ownership to build a business which is above all, as without business team can never gain its reputation. 

Extra Miles:
We always wonder that why only very few of  us get what we want. Most of seekers get stop when they are tired or very close to but high-performance is always an outcome of extra mile taken after that tiredness or closeness.Edge comes from the last moment stretch.
Winners never stop when they are tired but they stop when they are done. 

We Not Me:

  • Its a team, not an individual, who can deliver and make things BIG.
  • Individual has his/her limitations but a team is limitless.
  • Individuals fail but a team never do.
  • Individuals fall short of ideas but a team is full of solutions for all its problems.
  • Individuals quit but a team never give up.
  • Individuals smile but a team celebrates.

#LIFE-AsACelebration



Diwali-A festival of Changing & Turning lives:

Diwali is a festival of lights, on this day we see every corner , room, building, colony, village & town is lit up with lot of lamps & lights in so many creative & decorative ways. We must realize that this celebration is not aimed or restricted to lightning the lamp outside but is actually intended to happen a light inside of every human being which is forever not temporary.

This inner light means a clarity of thoughts we carry and subsequent actions we perform, as without clarity our actions create many reactions ,few of them are immediate and few of them would be in times to come. Few would impacting us and few would impact our generations to come.

Without necessary clarity whatever we try to do will not be as per our expectations would most probably result into a frustrating & regretting situation which no one wish for. This introspect, consciousness, awareness & inner enlightenment on this auspicious day would help us lead, perform responsibly & conduct our lives more sensibly.

Please pause for a second and think about any your past celebration we had, whenever we approach something in celebration mode this becomes better, joyful & beautiful. This is only because in such situations basic requirement i.e. being joyful gets fulfilled initially which lead to better involvement from everyone & all dimensions and we become one as a team rather individuals.

Let’s bring this “aspect of celebration “ main idea of Diwali into our life on this big day by cracking the fire , light inside forever and conduct our life more responsibly & sensibly without being so serious but highly involved in.


Let’s inculcate a habit of CELEBRATIONS & let everyday be a CELEBRATION this is what life meant to be!!!

Hi,
As talked about in my introductory message that SALES is a profession of GUARANTEE indiscriminately to everyone but unfortunately it turns into a biggest nightmare for majority of beginners.
I deeply understand that such beginners choose or come to SALES only because they couldn't see light / hope anywhere else and if this also seems not to be working you understand this state of mind of such beginners who had no hopes.
This might not only lead to very depressive life but also to an end of a super sales person even before starting.
Let me start with the first & foremost root cause to this biggest bane for all those who are dreaming of a profound career in most amazing profession of SALES.

 #FEAR
Fear is the biggest enemy of a Sales Professional.It is what holds one back from being successful or perform on one's peak of ability.
Beginners need to understand that Sales is the only hope left else you would have not chosen or come to this .
Moreover most of individuals from this crowd have no other choice as well, hence such individuals need to put their head & soul into this being the only choice.
Whether its fear of failure,fear of not knowing,fear of talking to strangers and fear of inferiority, beginners need to get out of this dark space and take courageous first step towards success.

#Not That Hard As It Seems
Most of our fears are  imaginations of our own mind and not really that hard as it seemed before starting or in our dark side of imagination .
When we actually get into our actions without thinking too much about fears you would notice that all the perceptions start disappearing automatically .
This is how finally you start gaining confidence day- by- day with time as proverb says "Solution lies in the problem itself."Hence always Act more-Think less in the beginning.

#Facing Them-The Only Solution:
Every individual has two choices at every point of difficult times,Love it / Face it or Leave it / Quit.
Facing it or loving it will make you more courageous ,confident and stronger to handle bigger things in life which is  required at this point of time.
Leaving it or quit- it will make you habitual , teach you to run away from all the initial & very temporary problems and difficulties which is definite & very sure way to failure which no one intend to learn.

#Do What Scares You Until It Doesn't:
This reminds me of 'learning days of bicycling'. If you look at first  it appeared to be the most impossible task at two wheels but as you take this challenge up and practice hard no matter how hard the Sun or Rain ,after practice it becomes so smooth that we can even even ride it with free hands.

#Grass Is Always Greener At the Other Side:
We always look for something better rather than focusing and making 'the assignment in hand' bigger & better.
Whatever we handle its up to us to make it successful and work efficiently.We can never make things work without undivided focus,  divided focus will never lead to the target we are aiming to.

#Be Fearless:
Please understand that you are on the path of being extra ordinary and if you don't get your answers now you will be facing lot of speed breakers & feel left behind.Success is not what you get with time but what you get before  time.

#Never Underestimate:
Most of the time we compare ourselves and get into this trap of fear .Please understand that everyone has its own fears and its hard practice and passionate efforts which make them great.The only question is- if others can ,why not you?
Once you are clear of your weaknesses and start working  towards them to overcome ,you tend to be fearless-which is the Guaranteed path to success in Sales.

#Airplanes Are Made To Fly:
Each one of us have endless abilities & potential. If we use them with no fear &  with pointed focus each one of us would be performing might not be better than others but not anything less than of our own capabilities or highest possible level which all human beings are designed for. Lets ',In everything , give nothing less than the best.
